Agave nectar has been one of the most requested special ingredients when it comes to organic flavoring in food and drinks. Unlike plain sugar syrup, this organic agave syrup from 1883 Maison Routin has an authentic, slightly fruity taste thanks to the Agave plant. Therefore, this syrup can be used for both cold and hot drinks alike. Unlike honey, agave syrup is also ideal for dissolving in chilled tea or lemonade. However this syrup also gives freshly brewed hot tea a softer and more authentic taste. There is always a potential use for the organic taste of the agave syrup in the kitchen for baking, cooking or creating unique Frappuccinos and smoothies.

Recipe Mi Diosita:
3cl orange juice
3cl lemon juice
1,5cl Blue Curaçao
1,5cl agave organic syrup
Add all ingredients together with ice into a shaker and shake, then strain into a chilled Martini glass.
