The bar strainer 'Biloxi' is a practical companion behind the bar and in the kitchen. The fine-mesh sieve reliably filters ice, herbs and seeds. Simply place the strainer on top of the glass when you pour the cocktail.
Alternatively, you can use the fine sieve to sprinkle powdered sugar over waffles or cakes.
The strainer is a total of 15cm long with a handle of 8,5cm. The sieve has a diameter of 6,5cm at the top and is held by the 0,8cm wide stainless steel ring. It is conical, while the bottom is flat. A wide hook along with the handle ensures that the bar sieve rests well on the glass.
