The black currant is shaped like a shrub which affects in Central and East Europe. The fruits of this plant are small, firm and round and impresses with a high amount of Vitamin C. Moreover the fruit´s ingredients defend against free radicals. The plant can be used completely. The raw material for the well known Crème de Cassis are the black currant fruits. Add it to many different drinks like wine, sparkling wine, water or just mix a fruit and water mix.
