The Trick Or Treat Shake is Halloween and autumn themed - but should actually be enjoyed whenever a butternut squash is at hand.
Recipe Trick Or Treat Shake:
15ml chili syrup
35ml mango puree
35ml mashed butternut pulp with apple puree or apple juice
50ml coconut milk
Topping: whipped cream and caramel sauce
Preparation: Blend the ingredients with crushed ice in a blender until creamy. Place in a large glass or hollowed-out butternut squash. Garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
