This cocktail set consists of 70 pieces, which are essential in every bar. The basic equipment is perfect for starters as well as professionals and even for hobby bartender with a well equipped and often used house bar.

The cocktail set "Gastronomy Starter" includes a variety of bar utensils, which can easily be forgotten when opening a new bar. We´ve put together this cocktail set to help you get started. All products can be reordered as well.

You will get two Boston Shaker and six matching Mixing glasses. The shaker have a capacity of 850ml each and ensure a fast and clean mixing. You can also prepare two or more cocktails at the same time. When ordering different cocktails, just fill the mixing glasses with the ingredients, put the shaker on top and mix. Just rinse the shaker afterwards and it´s ready to use again. Use the strainer to fill the cocktail into the guest´s glasses. It will hold back large ingredients and ice cubes.

Moreover, the set includes 24 pourer made of plastic. Placed on top of the bottle neck, they will guarantee a clean and easy pouring. The matching Dust caps will protect the spirits against dust and flies. Leave them on top of the pourer over night to close the bottle airtight. Both Jigger are made of stainless steel and are equipped with two cups with different capacities. The smaller double jigger has a capacity of 2/4cl and the bigger one 3/6cl.

The included Bar spoon has a twisted handle and is made out of one piece. The end is equipped with a red cap. Use this spoon to stir classical drinks such as a Martini or to add sugar. The Muddler is made of wood and has a tenderizer-shaped ending. Use this muddler to prepare drinks such as a Caipirinha or Mojito.

The set also includes a Universal peeler and a Bar knife made by Victorinox. The peeler is equipped with a sharp blade and suitable for right-handed users. It has a length of 15,5cm and should be used to peel ingredients as well as to prepare cocktail decorations. The knife has a serrated blade and is perfectly suitable to cut citrus fruits as well as fruits like strawberries or apples.

Furthermore, the set comes with a Ice bucket, which is made of plastic and has a square shape. Due to the integrated handle, the lid is easy to remove. Moreover, the bucket includes a separate and removable inner container, which is equipped with holes. Therefore the melt water can run off and won´t water down the ice cubes. Take out the ice cubes by the Ice scoop made of stainless steel. Moreover it has a capacity of 0,35l, is seamless and hygienic. Use the Ice tong to take out single ice cubes or to handle fresh fruit pieces and slices.

The set is rounded of by a corkscrew and speedopener as well as a bar mat and chopping board. The Bar mat is made of rubber and has a size of 45x30,5x1cm. Place the mat at your cocktail station to protect the surface of your counter, use it as a drip off mat for your shaker and mixing glasses and to minimize the noise when working and preparing drinks. The Chopping board is made of plastic and equipped with a handle. Moreover, the Corkscrew is made of stainless steel and plastic and has a double-stage cap lifter, which will increase the leverage effect. Finally, the stainless steel Speedopener has a small and flat shape, will fit every pocket or holster to be close to hand.
