The Maison Routin 1883 syrups are unsurpassed in flavor, authenticity and strength, as this coconut syrup demonstrates. It is made from selected natural ingredients such as organic cane sugar and pure alpine water. Naturally extracted coconut flavor is also among the ingredients and provides the characteristic note: tropical nutty freshness combined with a sweet heaviness. This flavorful duality is suitable for cold juices and cocktails, as well as for coffee, milk and other hot beverages. The high-quality syrup is therefore used both in cafes and bars, as well as at home or in bakeries for sweetening.
Recipe Swimming Pool:
2cl Vodka
2cl white rum
2cl sweet cream
2cl 1883 coconut syrup
4cl pineapple juice
8cl orange juice
2cl Blue Curaçao
First, pour vodka, rum, cream, coconut syrup, pineapple juice and orange juice into a shaker and shake well with ice until it is frothy. Then carefully strain the shaken drink into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Finally, top everything with Blue Curaçau and garnish the finished drink with pineapple or orange!
