The 1000ml cream siphon from Mosa is designed for professional catering. The large volume of 1 liter speaks for itself. This means that larger quantities of whipped cream, mousse, espumas and sauces can be produced. The materials are selected so that even warm food is no problem (water bath up to 70°C). Three interchangeable nozzles ensure maximum flexibility and creativity: a metal nozzle with a round opening, a metal nozzle with a serrated opening and a tulip-shaped plastic nozzle.
The Mosa cream whipper is ergonomically designed. In addition, non-slip silicone on the head ensures a good grip during use. For cleaning, you can unscrew the individual parts of the cream siphon and then clean them separately. A cleaning brush is included.
