With this Mosa cream siphon, even large quantities of whipped cream, mousse, espumas and sauces are no longer a problem!

The large cream whipper has a volume of 1000ml and is mainly made of polished stainless steel. The design with its ergonomic shape as well as a non-slip silicone part on the head are particularly important for professional gastronomic workers. The siphon can also withstand heating in a water bath up to 70°C. This means that the 1 liter cream by Mosa is equally suitable for preparing cold and hot dishes. Three spouts ensure great flexibility: a spout with a round opening, a spout with a serrated opening and a larger tulip-shaped spout.

A cleaning brush is included in the set. For easy and thorough cleaning, all individual parts can be unscrewed and cleaned individually.
