Gin and G&T have become an integral part of bar culture. Yet it can't be just any gin. Everyone has their own preferences and new varieties and manufacturers keep arising. Who doesn't feel like putting their own ideas into practice?!

With the DO YOUR GIN set you can now make craft gin yourself at home. It's also a thoughtful gift for gin lovers in your circle of friends and family. The Gin set contains nine spices and of course juniper. It also includes two glass bottles, a funnel, two sieve bags and instructions with recipe suggestions. Alcohol is not included. By buying the base alcohol yourself you can choose your favorite. The inventors of the gin set recommend neutral alcohol such as vodka.

The production of your own gin doesn't take long. Infuse your alcoholic base with juniper berries for 24 hours. Then add the self-selected spices and let it sit for a further 24 hours. Now the craft gin can be filtered and is ready to drink. Optionally, it can then be placed in the refrigerator for 12 hours so that the flavors combine even better.

The spices in the Do Your Gin Set can theoretically be combined in several million ways. The nine spices are housed in attractive glass tubes: coriander seeds, cubeb pepper, green cardamom, hibiscus flowers, laurel, lavender flowers, licorice, orange peel, pink pepper.
Orange peel provides a fruity note. The cubeb pepper gives a sharp eucalyptus-like taste, that is reminiscent of softwoods. Laurel leaves a sweet aroma reminiscent of nutmeg. The dried hibiscus flowers not only give the gin a sour, fruity aroma but also a pink color. The gin variations can be expanded with spices from your own spice rack - such as rosemary, ginger and lemon peel.
