The alcohol is not included. A neutral grain-based alcohol is recommended, e.g. not matured bourbon or vodka.

To find a Whisky that meets one's exact expectations might seem impossible. The DO YOUR WHISKY Infusion Set is there to help you creating your own whisky infusion.
With the set you get a selection of woodchips: American Sweetheart, Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Dream. For further refinement of the taste six botanicals are also included: Bird's eye chili, orange peel, chili mix, cocoa beans, cinnamon und coffee beans. The woodchips and botanicals come in appealing test tubes.
In the instructions you will find recipes for different flavors, which of course can be creatively expanded. All you need in addition to the set is an unripened bourbon or other neutral, grain-based alcohol (e.g. vodka made from wheat). The mixture of wood chips remains in the alcohol for about 2-4 weeks, where it mimics barrel aging. The taste can then be refined using the botanicals.

Will you create the whisky of your dreams? We don't know - but we promise encounters with new tastes and of course limitless joy in the search for your signature whisky.

Ingredients: oak chips (6x5g), cinnamon (6g), coffee beans (6g), cocoa beans (6g), orange peel (5g), chili peppers (3g), chai tea mix (6g, ingredients: rooibos, ginger, cinnamon, aroma, pink berries, cardamom, pepper, vanilla, cornflower blossoms).

Please Note: According to EU Regulation 2019/787, only whisky that has matured in casks for at least 3 years may be called whisky. This means that you can not produce official whisky with this set.
