With this Design Ice Shaver by Gastroback, you can quickly and easily conjure up slush ice, drinks and sundaes. Shave ice and snow cones will also become part of your repertoire with this machine. Fruit, juice, coffee, milk and yoghurt can also be processed if they have been frozen beforehand. The Gastroback Design Ice Shaver even reliably processes ice cubes.

It is important to know that the Ice Shaver does not cool the ingredients itself. You must therefore freeze ice cream, fruit etc. beforehand – preferably in portions. The machine's ice container holds approx. 200ml. Individual removable parts of the shaver should also be pre-cooled in the fridge or freezer. The rasp thickness is easily adjustable. The scraped ice falls directly from the ice container into the desired vessel. You can place your own ice cream cups and tumblers underneath or use the supplied plastic containers. The container must not be wider and / or higher than 9cm (ideally a bit lower). The four white plastic containers supplied are approx. 8,5 x 5 cm in size and hold ca. 200ml.

With a height of 36cm and a diameter of approx. 19cm, the Gastroback Design Ice Shaver is of a pleasant size and does not take up too much space on the worktop. The motor has an output of 35 watts and the power cord is approx. 80cm long. Please note that the Design Ice Shaver needs about 10 minutes to cool down after 1 minute of continuous use. However, as the manufacturer claims that a portion is ready in just a few seconds, this should not disrupt the average workflow.
