This 1883 Maison Routin Ginger Beer Syrup is ideal for enhancing cocktail recipes with a twist or creating uniquely spicy lemonades. 4cl Irish whiskey
1cl Benedictine

Add Ginger Beer Syrup, Coffee Bitters and Benedictine to an Old-Fashioned glass and stir with a bar spoon for 5 seconds. Then add ice cubes and whiskey and stir again for 10 seconds. Garnish with orange zest and coffee beans.
