Beim IM-100CNE-HC-32 handelt es sich um eine spezielle Variante dieses mittelgroßen Eisbereiters; dieses Modell produziert Eiswürfel im XXL-Format (32x32x32mm). Es eignet sich bspw. bestens um eine entsprechend große Cocktailbar stetig mit qualitativen Eiswürfeln zu versorgen.

Darüber hinaus gehört dieser Eiswürfelbereiter zu Hoshizakis Emerald Class, einer neuen Reihe von besonders umweltfreundlichen Maschinen. In diesem Modell kommt u.a. das natürliche Kühlmittel R290 zum Einsatz. Trotz seiner außerordentlichen Energieeffizienz kann der IM-100CNE-HC-32 bis zu 92kg Eis innerhalb von 24 Std. produzieren.

Wie von Hoshizaki gewohnt ist die einwandfreie Hygiene ein Hauptaugenmerk bei der Produktentwicklung: Das einzigartige Eisbereitungssystem ist mit einem automatischen Spülzyklus ausgestattet. Das Wasserreservoir wird nach dem Eisbereitungsprozess komplett geleert und mit frischem Wasser befüllt. Dabei beugt die Verwendung eines magnetischen Pumpsystems der Entstehung von Lecks vor.
Der geschlossene Wasserkreislauf stellt zudem den ultimativen Schutz gegen Kontaminationen dar; er reduziert die Nummer der möglichen Eintrittspforten auf ein Minimum.

Der IM-100CNE-HC-32 wird elektronisch gesteuert - dadurch ist der optimale Ablauf des Eisbereitungsprozesses und damit auch eine konsistente Eisqualität auch unter wechselnden Umgebungsbedingungen gewährleistet.

Wer jedoch selbst etwas zur Wartung seines Eisbereiters beitragen will wird sich über den leicht zu reinigenden Luftfilter freuen. Das ansprechende Edelstahlgehäuse lässt sich zudem mit wenig Pflege hygienisch-sauber halten.
