Der IM-21-CNE ist der kleinste volleinbaufähige Würfeleisbereiter von Hoshizaki. Er eignet sich deswegen z.B. bestens für die Installation hinter der Theke und zeichnet sich ansonsten durch einen besonders niedrigen Wasser- und Energieverbrauch aus. Die elektronische Steuerung mit Statusdisplay ist einfach zu bedienen und sorgt für die bestmögliche Eisqualität – unabhängig von der Umgebung.

Ein nahezu geschlossener Wasserkreislauf sowie die automatische Spülfunktion sorgen dafür, dass die IM-21CNE-HC stets hygienisch einwandfreies Eis ausgibt. Der leicht zugängliche, auswaschbarer Luftfilter trägt bei regelmäßiger Reinigung dazu bei, Ausfällen vorzubeugen.
