This ice cube tray makes 14 ice cubes with the approximate dimensions 3,0 x 4,0 x 2,5cm. The mold made of polypropylene plastic can be closed with a lid. This lid in turn has a filling hole with a smaller lid, through which the ice cube tray can be filled with water.
If you close the lid after filling, the water does not slosh back and forth or even out of the ice cube tray. Other things can then be stacked directly on top of the ice mold in the freezer. In addition, this form with a lid is also forgiving if it is not perfectly horizontal in the freezer. The water still stays in place and forms beautiful, uniform ice cubes.
