The Maison Routin 1883 Lavender Syrup opens up with complex floral, herbaceous and woody notes, followed by a subtle lavender scent infused by delicate vanilla notes. This thoughtful composition enhances juices, lemonades, teas and other hot beverages, as well as desserts and pastries, and it is also suitable for daring cocktail creations. Its dark purple color as well as its authentic taste combine to pay homage to the decorative and versatile plant with purple inflorescence.

Recipe Lavender Gimlet:
4cl Gin
2cl lime juice
2cl 1883 Lavender syrup
1/4 lemon, big ice cubes, lavender sprigs to garnish
First, peel the lemon in a spiral and squeeze its juice into the glass filled with ice cubes. Then mix lime juice, gin and lavender syrup together in a shaker or mixing glass and strain the mixture into the glass. Finally, garnish with lavender sprigs and lemon zest.
