The temperature was too high and nobody was interested in drinking hot tea!So he brought lead pipes to the world exhibition and sold refreshing iced tea with sugar and lemon juice.Monin Lemon Tea is an ideal base for many inspired drinks, during the hot and cold seasons. Recipe

Summer Tea Time
20ml Monin Gin Flavor syrup
10ml Monin Lemon Tea Concentrate
4 wedges lime
120ml freshly squeezed orange juice
30ml brandy
Pour all ingredients in a shaker tin and muddle with Monin flavourings. Shake vigorously with ice cubes. Pour mix into a glass. Serve.
