The typical taste of lemongrass is slightly sour, which gives your beverages a fresh flavor. Try the syrup in lemonades made of mineral water and sour juices (lemon, lime). To add some sweetness, use sweet juices and syrups like pineapple and lychee.

The vegan sugar syrup is also perfect for cocktails. Due to a bitter hint in the finish, drinks on a gin basis come to mind.

Recipe for Lemongrass Sour:
50 ml Gin
25 ml lime juice
25 ml Lemongrass-syrup
Preparation: Shake all ingredients in a shaker. Then add ice and shake again. Take a chilled glass and strain the drink into the glass.
