The lychee has its origin in South China and is known as "love fruit". It has a high Vitamin B and C-content and is rich in folic acid and potassium. Today, the main producer of lychees are for example China, Thailand, India and Madagascar.
Lychees have a white, nearly transparent flesh and a big, hard pit in the middle. The fruit is juicy and has a sweet flavour. Due to the slightly sour taste, the fruit has a refreshing and tropical note. The exotic vitamin bomb smells wonderful and delicious after roses and ginger and may remind you of cherries and raspberries.

Use this fruit puree mix made by Monin to enhance drinks and food. Due to the consistency, the puree mix is perfectly suitable for fruit daiquiris and margaritas as well as desserts and smoothies. 4,5cl Vodka
2cl Triple Sec
2cl cranberry juice
1/2 kumquat
Ice cubes
Fill all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour drink in a glass filled with ice cubes and serve.
