This robust juicer is perfect for producing tasty juices from firm fruits and vegetables - e.g. carrots, apples, celery or rhubarb. The fibers are cut into smallest components and the juice is collected. At the same time, the dry left overs are thrown into the pulp container by centrifugal forces. This technique allows the production of 50-100 liters of juice per hour. Thus making the "Santos Juicer 50" a very useful helper even for big restaurants and bars, which need to produce high amounts of juice in short time. Don't let your customers wait any longer!
Thanks to the Ezy-clean system, the bowl, basket and case are easily removable and can be cleaned separately - no tools necessary.
Despite the powerful motor (800 Watt), this juicer works extraordinarily silent (65 dBA), allowing you to produce juices directly in front of your guests.
For the best safety, the motor will only start if bowl, basket and cover are in place and the clamping handle is closed.

The "Santos Juicer 50" is visually appealing, too. With an almost oval layout and narrowing ends, its shape is somewhat reminiscent of a ship's hull. A certain symmetry can also be seen in the coloring: the base, pulp container and cover are black and surround the elements of stainless steel at three sides.

Juicers with a centrifuge are specifically designed for firm types of fruits and vegetables, may it be carrots, apples, rhubarb or celery.
Through the extra large opening with an inner diameter of 8,0 cm, the fruit or vegetable reach the centrifugation basket. A close meshed strainer (0,5 mm) made of stainless steel makes sure that only the juice can enter the bowl and from there your guest's glass. While the powerful motor spins the basket, a rasp at the bottom fragments the fruit. The dry parts are spun into the pulp container by the centrifugal forces. Underneath the basket sits a stainless steel bowl with a spout. At a height of 20,0 cm glasses as well as jars and even small decanters fit under the spout.

The "Santos Juicer 50" is designed for ingredients with a temperature of 4°C to 120°C. All parts can be reordered separately.
