Spiegelau
The Burgundy glass from the 'Superiore' collection by Spiegelau is composed of a sinuous 840ml goblet, a very thin stem and a playful glass foot. The chalice has got an expansive shape to give delicate Burgundy wines an adequate surface to breathe. From its widest point, the belly of the goblet, its side walls taper sharply so that they can merge directly into the slender glass stem. This in turn leads into the base, which adds an exciting detail to the wine glass: In the center, it provocatively curves upwards, only to lower itself towards the rim in the opposite direction. This shape is reminiscent of ring-shaped waves and introduces dynamism into the game.
Like the rest of the wine glasses in the 'Superiore' collection from Spiegelau, this Burgundy chalice shines with its delicate design and a noble silhouette. It is made of fine-walled, brilliant crystal glass that creates a high-class look. The voluminous red wine glass has got a beautifully arched drinking goblet. From its protruding belly, it flows right into the filigree stem of the glass. The foot of the Burgundy vessel initially curves strongly upwards, but as it widens, it moves in the opposite direction. This wave-like detail adds a dynamic touch and emphasizes the elegance of the attractive design.
