The Tango® Commercial Bar Blender by Hamilton Beach comes with numerous practical features that make it essential for any bar serving frozen drinks.
Thanks to its high power capacity of 2,4Hp, as well as a built-in timer, the device can mix even unattended and within the shortest time. For example, it has got an 'open lid' safety sensor, and another one that controls the 'jar alignment'. In case the lid is not closed, or the mixing container is not correctly placed on its base, the device independently blocks the start, preventing chaos and dangerous accidents.
The cuboid-shaped mixing container is made of BPA-free, transparent co-polyester and is of course food-safe. On one of its sides, it bears a vertical scale with white digits. In 0,1l intervals, you can check there the filling height from 0,2l up to the maximum level of 1,5l. The lid reaches far into the interior of the container and seals it securely with the help of three locking rings. Its large handle is made of the same black plastic as the lid and base of the device. When using the blender, the manufacturer's Wave~Action® system is activated inside of the container. It ensures that the mixture is continuously pressed to the bottom and thus into the blade to achieve the smoothest, most homogeneous result possible.
In addition to the powerful motor, the base includes the drive clutch, as well as the device's control panel. The drive clutch is made of durable metal and supplies the double-edged stainless steel blade with sufficient power and high torque. The control center of the Tango® Blender is composed of two sliders and a rotary control in their middle. The right switch is used to turn on, so you can set it to stop, on, or start. The opposite slider on the left is used to set the mixing speed to low (1), high (2) or pulse. The integrated timer, on the other hand, is set with the help of the large rotary control. Simply set to the desired mixing time, you can take care of other things in the meantime!
